HOURS: 7.5  hours per week, term time

Beam County Primary School are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our catering team. The role will include; assisting in a range of food preparation, food service and domestic duties associated with the delivery of a large-scale catering operation.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Effectively organises their time whilst being flexible and responsive to the needs of the school.
  • Can keep abreast of current health and safety requirements and ensure the school complies to these.
  • Has good interpersonal skills and can work as part of a team.

The Head Teacher and governors of Beam County Primary School are looking to appoint an energetic and driven individual to join ourcatering and midday team.

Beam County Primary School is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Receptionist with Administrative experience to work alongside our existing busy Office Team. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • A firm commitment to our school’s ethos of team working and excellence in service levels.
  • A flexible approach to the work and ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure with the ability to multi-task
  • Good communication and organisation skills with a positive and proactive approach work
  • Experience with SAMS or Integris G2
  • Experience with Inventory Systems
  • Experience with Pupil Attendance and Census

Duties will include:

  • Providing a confidential administrative service to the school
  • Providing confidential assistance and support to the Headteacher/Finance/Office Manager/HR lead
  • Providing support and admin to the SLT and SEND
  • Minute taking when required
  • Assisting and supporting non-class based staff
  • Assisting with data management on Integris G2
